Your Private Information

Your information is kept as private as possible. Credit card numbers for customers are not kept on the premises. Phone numbers are only kept upon request. What this means is that you can feel safe that any information you send us about yourself (names, addresses, phone/fax/mobile numbers, interests, credit card details etc etc) is kept as confidential as possible. In addition, we do not add you to any mailing lists, or send you unsolicited mail.

Our Return Policies

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.

Credit Card Orders

If you decide to order your products by Credit Card (either by phone or in person) we require six pieces of information from you:

• A phone number on which you are contactable during business hours (9am to 5pm).
• Your home phone number.
• The address to which your credit card statements are sent.
• The name of the cardholder.
• The expiry date of the credit card.
• The verification code on the signature panel on the back of the the credit card.

This information will allow us to verify that the credit card being used has not been stolen or forged and acts as a protection for you the customer and for us.
