Aqua Gardening COVID-19 update

A message to our customers

The health, safety and welfare of our customers, team members and the greater community are paramount, we are now operating as usual online, with all in-stock orders dispatch in time.

There is shipping delay with most couriers and Australia post, so please take this into account when purchasing.


Also at this stage, all express orders are slower as there are not many planes, and they are delivered via road, but with a much higher priority, so if you are in a rush express option will be quicker, but usually not next day.


We currently disabled international shipping.



Our Stafford retail store is currently closed to the public as we have started renovations.

During COVID-19 we have been re-evaluating our customer experience in-store and online and we have been working hard to implement changes to insure Aqua Gardening will be future proof while giving you an amazing and safe shopping experience both online and instore.


Our store will be reopening very soon, Check your emails, and make sure you follow us on social media for the revel of our reopening date and our new concept.


In the meantime, you can do the following:


  • You can call us on 07 3354 1588 to get help and advice, speak with our customer success team, and support team, regarding any product recommendations you need, or troubleshoot any issues you have in the same way and with the same team members you are familiar with in-store.

  • We offer Click & Collect from our store front door 4 Billabong Street, Stafford 4053. If you wish to have a contactless Click & Collect give us a call on 07 3354 1588 when you are ready to collect and we will arrange this.


  • **If your order is bulky (eg: grow media, ponds ) please pick your order from our rear gate.


  • Use our contact us page for any advice or after-sales service


  • We have improved our shipping communication and you will receive SMS during the delivery of your parcel. If you have any issues with your parcel; reach out; but please take into account that ALL couriers and Australia post are currently relying only on trucks and they place a priority on medical supplies, therefore, some deliveries may take longer. We ask for your patience and understanding.


  • We can now offer a taxi service for Brisbane metro if you need your order urgently - please select the Click & Collect option and call us to arrange a taxi service

  • We do not accept cash on-premises, if you wish to pay cash please place your order over the phone and our team will explain to you how to make the cash payment via an ANZ smart ATM
