Aqua Gardening COVID-19 update

A message to our customers

The health, safety and welfare of our customers, team members and the greater community are paramount, we are now operating as usual online, with all in-stock orders dispatch in time.

There is shipping delay with some couriers and Australia post, so please take this into account when purchasing.

 

Shipping Delay updates:

 

Aqua gardening is operate in full capacity and we have increased our team to meet customer demand and commit to our promise of Dispatch Next Day, most orders are processes withing few minutes.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking details. Please note that the length of delivery unfortunately is not in our control, and due to COVID-19 some suberbes and states experience delays.

 

Befour contacting us regarding a shipping delay please track your order first, and contact the courier company for an update if needed.

 

If you do belive there is an issue with the delivery, we are always here to help. please contact us and we will investigate the delay from our end.

Visiting our Brisbane Showroom or want to Click&Collect your order?

 

Our new showroom is open and it has been design to allow social distancing, and be complying with sentising regulations.

All of our consultation area and self service are deep cleaned daily and we supply our customer with all their need to feel safe while visiting.

 

We now have immidiet Click&Collect and Pay in store option to allow you to save time in Public and shop from home.

 

If you do decide to visit us please make sure you are aware of the following:

  • If you are looking unwell our team can refuse your entry- please stay at home if you experience any of the COVID-19 symptomes.
  • You must apply hand senetiser on entry, this will be supplied.
  • Keep 1.5m distance between yourself and team member or other customers.
  • Do not join an already occupied consultation area.
