Can I return my product to your store while it is closed due to the COVID-19?
To protect our team and customers we are doing all we can to minimize the contact with our customers.
This also means that any returns or warranty claims can not be solved on the spot, as we are not operating as usual.
You can still return your goods using our online process.
All you need is to open a dispute, and once a resolution is determined you can send the product back to us or bring it back to our Click&Collect area.
Please note we can not process any refund/ transfer credit to a new order/ exchange on-premises. The dispute has to be finalised before arrival.
