FAQs

Can I set a specific humidity target?
Yes. Through the Vivosun App or the onboard controls, you can set a target RH percentage. The D12 will automatically cycle on and off to maintain that specific level.

Does it come with a drainage hose?
The unit is designed for continuous drainage. We recommend checking the internal diameter of the port to ensure your preferred tubing fits, allowing you to bypass the 2L tank entirely.

Is the D12 noisy?
While it uses a powerful compressor, the D12 is designed for indoor use. It produces a steady hum similar to a small bar fridge, which is easily muffled when placed inside a closed grow tent.

Will it work in a cold grow room?
The D12 operates down to 5°C. However, like all refrigerant dehumidifiers, efficiency drops in colder air. The auto-defrost feature ensures the internal coils stay clear of ice for continuous operation.
