My item was damaged during shipping?

When you receive your order, please open and test your items are working correctly even if you do not intend to use them immediately.

If your goods were damaged during shipping, a damaged in delivery claim need to be lodged within 7 days of receiving goods, otherwise we can not process your claim.
 

How to make a claim

If you purchased with an account:

  • Login into the My Account area
  • Click on Resolution Centre
  • Open a New Dispute and follow the steps
  • You will receive a dispute number and we will contact you with further details

If you don’t have an Aqua Gardening account:

  • Please email us with your order ID and a decription of the issue
  • We will open an account for you to follow the steps in the Resolution Centre

Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
